I think it is safe to say that most of us have had been in a scenario whereby we dent or smudge or somehow damage our freshly completed manicures and pedicures.
Frustrating, we know.
But did you know that there are ways to dry your nails faster, some only requiring things you probably already have at home?
And I am not talking about quick drying nail polishes here.

For starters, there are products in the market that will do the job such as...
OPI Drip Dry nail drop OPI Rapidry Spray
QTICA 1/2 Time Polish Drying Accelerator Essie quick-e Drying Drops
And then there are the 'home remedies'.
- Freeze them dry! Stick your hands into the freezer or submerge them into ice-cold water for a few minutes.
- Blow dry the nails with a hair-dryer on the cool setting or lowest setting. Remember NOT to use the hot setting because heat will slow down the drying process.
- Spray it! PAM cooking spray is touted as one of the best to dry nails with.
- Paint it thin. It is faster to paint a thin layer, let dry and repeat a few times than to paint two thick layers.
Although it seems that the effectiveness may depend on the brands
of nail polishes, these easy-peasy methods are definitely worth
the try for longer lasting at-home nail sessions.
